Starting life as a Belgian Tripel, we blended in some barrel aged sour and let the wild yeast lend their own funk character as they scoured through the remaining sugars. With a foot in the wild and fresh beer worlds this tart, fruity, and veloptuous beer is just as the name sugests.
*Our bottle conditioned mixed fermented beers are ready to drink now or within the next 10 years. Store upright and at cellar temperatures until chilling out before enjoying. Pour carefully as these are bottle conditioned and leave behind the yeast that naturaly settles out at the bottom.
