Fresh and hoppy IPA's, barrel aged sours, creamy stouts, crisp saisons, or eye-opening spice beers, Shanty Shack brews them all. Each beer is inspired by a unique experience, a season's bounty, or the perfect setting. Our tap list is constantly changing as we think of new recipes or find an oak barrel that is ready to serve. It is our hope that you discover new flavors and gain a deeper connection to the beer you drink with each visit to the Shack.

One word: sour.
Close your eyes and take a long inhale through your nose... You'd think this ale was light in color. Surprise! This black IPA brewed with dark malts packs a bitter punch.
The perfect go to for someone who likes heavy beer but wants to drink a few pints without getting too toasty. Nice and dry. Roasty.
A delicious, non-alcoholic option.
Exactly what you want out of a blonde ale. Crisp, slightly sweet, with a mild bitterness.
Named Sun-ryes (sunrise) due to this ale's reminisce of enjoying a bowl of oatmeal while watching the sun come up. This saison, meaning "season" in French, was brewed with lots of flaked rye and flaked oats.
The word that comes to mind with this beer is... cozy. Everything you'd want from a stout. Not too roasty, not too malty, but juuuuust right. The perfect beer to cozy up to on a chilly (or sunny) day.
Let's be honest. Beer is therapy, and this beer is just as healing as essential oils used for aromatherapy. Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, & Willamette hops.
Similar to Aromatherapy, this IPA is right on track with the juicy, haze craze. Hopped with Simcoe and Willamette giving the beer a piney, citrusy deliciousness.
